HOW DOES MEDIUMSHIP SESSION WORK
Step 1 – Sacred Preparation – At the beginning of the mediumship session, I enter a quiet, meditative space to raise my vibration and invite connection. You are encouraged to come with an open heart, free from expectation. Spirit always delivers what is needed most, not always what we expect, but always what serves our highest healing.

What exactly is a Spirit Connection session?

How should I prepare for my Spirit Connection session?
The most important thing you can bring is an open heart. Beyond that:

Should I tell the medium about my loved one before the session?
I ask that you share as little as possible before and during the session, at least until evidence has been established. This protects the integrity of the reading and ensures that what comes through is genuinely from spirit, not informed by what I as your medium already knew. Once connection is confirmed, I will invite you to engage more freely.
What if I'm feeling too emotional?
Tears are absolutely welcome here — in fact, they are often a sign that a deep and genuine connection has been made. There is no need to hold yourself together. I am experienced in holding compassionate, safe space for grief and emotion. You will never be rushed, and you will always be treated with the utmost care and respect.
What if nothing comes through during my session?
In the rare instance that a clear connection is not established with a spirit that you could recognise, I will be completely transparent with you. Will the session be recorded?
This depends on the format of your session. Please ask when booking if you would like your session recorded. Many clients find it helpful to listen back, as messages from spirit often carry deeper meaning on second hearing — especially once the initial emotion has settled.

Yes, once I establish the connection and you confirm the identity of the spirit, you are encouraged to respond, clarify, and ask questions.How will I feel after the session?

There is no specific time frame, however I recommend waiting at least a few weeks between Spirit Connection sessions. This allows time for the messages received to settle and integrate, and for new life experiences to unfold that spirit may wish to speak into.
Back-to-back sessions can sometimes create an unhealthy reliance on external validation rather than your own inner knowing — something I gently discourage in the spirit of your highest wellbeing.
Do I need to have any specific religious or spiritual beliefs?
Not at all. Spirit Connection is not tied to any religion or doctrine. Clients of all faiths, no faith, and those who are simply curious are equally welcome. The love that comes through in these sessions transcends belief systems — it speaks to the heart, not the theology.
